Regenyei’s full contact arming sword is purpose-built for full contact sparring and drills for the I:33 Medieval Sword and Buckler technique. The stiff and robust blade will hold up to tournaments and full speed sparring and is crafted from 51CrV4 High Carbon Spring Steel with a 49-51 HRc tempered hardness. The blade edges are thick and blunt for edge resilience and safety and a back-rolled tip adds additional sparring safety. The guard and pommel are made from heat treated steel and the wooden grip is tightly overlaid in textured cord for a practical and sure grip.
