The flex and durability of the blade makes it eminently suitable for HEMA martial arts students and SCA sport combat alike. The 34″ blade has 3 mm rounded and rebated edges with a spatulated tip and has an F3 level of flexibility (see details below). The protective and enveloping guard is made from tough 12 gauge 100 Grade “Domex” alloy steel with robust welded construction.
