SilverHook Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease 400G Tube Operating temperature -15 to 135 degrees Celsius. Silverhook Lithium EP2 grease is a premium quality multi-purpose grease for use in all anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions. Used extensively for applications throughout industry and the automotive sector. Approved in accordance with sheet 267.0 of Mercedes-Benz Specification for service products. Provides excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear protection and a high degree of corrosion protection. Can be applied manually, by using a standard grease gun, or via a central lubricating system capable of pumping an NLGI No.2 grease. As with all greases used the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and only apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
