The product description claimed they were suitable for outdoor use. However, after filling them with dirt and plants and placing them outside, I noticed rust stains on the bottom of the pots and the plant stands within about 10 days. This doesn’t seem like they are actually suitable for outdoor use as advertised. I plan to purchase some clear Rustoleum spray in an attempt to stop the rust from spreading further along the bottom rim.
